Good morning….

Happy New Year to you! We hope you had a wonderful holiday season and that you were able to celebrate and spend time with family and those close to you.

Sharon is chairing the First Annual Brain Ball for the Alzheimer's Association, Connecticut Chapter being held on Saturday, March 7th at the Connecticut Science Center. The goal of the event will be to bring visibility to the Alzheimer Association. Funds raised will be used for cutting-edge research and support services for people who are affected by the disease. For more information and to buy tickets, click here.

In December, we spoke to a Hartford-based support group for parents of children with schizophrenia about setting up special needs trusts. We met some wonderful people and were happy to have the opportunity to help guide them on the path to keeping their children financially secure.

If you’re part of a similar support group and would like to have us attend a session to answer questions about special needs trusts, please contact Kevin at kevin@ctseniorlaw.

From all of us to all of you – have a great day,
