LEONARD E. MONDSCHEIN, J.D., LL.M, CELA, CAP HAS BEEN NAMED TO NAELA BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) has named Leonard E. Mondschein, Esq., to the Board of Directors. NAELA is a national organization comprised of Elder Law Attorneys from accross the United States. It has a membership of over 4300 attorneys. The purpose of NAELA is to advocate for the elderly and disabled population. NAELA educates its attorneys through in-person and web based programming as well as written publications. Mr. Mondschein chairs its Practice Success Section and is an editor of the NAELA News.

The partners of the Elder Law Center of Mondschein and Mondschein, P.A. attended the NAELA Annual Conference in Orlando from May 14 through the 16th. The conference covered a wide variety of programs from Planning for IRA Inheritance to The Affordable Care Act. Leonard E. Mondschein, Esq. conducted a roundtable on Web-Based Marketing.
