LEONARD E. MONDSCHEIN, ESQ. , attended the Council of Advanced Practitioners annual conference in Jackson Hole, Wyoming from August 12th through August 15th. The council is comprised of 80 members of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys' 4500 members, who are selected by their peers to join the council. Subjects discussed included Advance IRA Planning, Trust Protectors, Dealling with clients with Diminished Capacity and open forums. While this group normally meets in Chicago, this special venue was chosen to celebrate the council's 10th anniversary.
