Patrick Mannor of Michigan Estate Planning Law Center received Accreditation by the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of General Council. Mr. Mannor is one of only ten non-attorney “Accredited Agents” in the state of Michigan.
An Accredited Agent must establish that he or she is of good character and reputation, is qualified to render valuable assistance to Veterans, and is otherwise competent to advise and assist Veterans in the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of their claim before The Department of Veterans Affairs.
The Code of Federal Regulations stipulates that no individual may assist Veterans in the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for VA benefits unless he or she has first been accredited by The Department of Veterans Affairs for such purposes.
Mr. Mannor works with two Accredited Attorneys at Michigan EPLC. Managing Attorney Robert Mannor (Patrick’s brother) and Attorney Jennifer Ackroyd-Fabris are both accredited with the VA as well. They have offices in Grand Blanc, Farmington Hills, and Saginaw. They can be reached at 1-800-990-6030.
