Happy September!

I hope you had a wonderful Labor Day Weekend!   My wife (Amy) and I met up with our daughters (Sam and Mo) and some great friends in Lincoln for some Husker tailgating fun!  We also attended the Husker's home opener - what a great win. Our youngest Mo (in the cream dress) is a sophomore at UNL and intends to become a nurse like Amy.  Our oldest Sam (in the black dress) just graduated from UNL in May with a business marketing degree and she currently works for the Lincoln Stars Hockey team.  I am blessed to be part of a wonderful family with many wonderful friends!

I hope you find my September E-Newsletter informative.   As you know, my practice focuses on long-term care planning, estate planning, probate, guardianship, planning for special needs and the second half of life.  I strive to assist my clients in every stage of their lives including planning for what will happen if they pass away but also what will happen if they live with a long term or chronic illness for an extended period and need care or assistance.  So, please feel free to share any information with family, friends or neighbors that may benefit from my services.
