On September 13th, Mrs. Bienenstock appeared at the Larchmont Senior Center to discuss elder law planning topics for local seniors.
On September 15th, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and September 16th, from 10:00 a.m. to noon, Mr. Di Costanzo will be lecturing for the Alzheimer's Association on legal and financial issues. The program is supported in part by the NYS Department of Health and will be held at the Family Partnership Center Auditorium, 29 N. Hamilton Street, Poughkeepsie, New York 12601. This lecture is open to the public by contacting the Association at 800-272-3900.
On September 27th, from 1:15 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Mr. Di Costanzo will be lecturing at Senior Law Day being held at the Westchester County Center. The topic will be "Estate Planning/Elder Law 101: Nuts and Bolts of Estate Planning to preserve your assets." This lecture is open to the public.
On September 27th, Mrs. Bienenstock will be offering free consultations to the public at Senior Law Day throughout the morning.
On September 28th, at 10:00 a.m., Mr. Di Costanzo and Mrs. Bienenstock will be appearing at the Harrison Senior Center to discuss elder law planning topics for seniors. This event is open to the public
On September 29th, Mr. Di Costanzo will be providing a continuing legal education seminar on behalf of Judicial Title, to other attorneys at Split Rock Golf Course on "Elder Law Strategies to Cover Long Term Care." This event is closed to the pulic.
