Dear Friend,

Punxsutawney Phil, the famous groundhog meterologist of central Pennsylvania, saw his shadow earlier this month - so, according to legend, there will be 6 more weeks of winter.  It is hard to imagine as we enjoy 60-70 degree weather as of late.  On one hand, we have had one of the coldest winters in history to now February, we are experiencing one of the warmest months in history.

Due to this warm weather, many of us are already thinking and feeling spring and getting ready to be outdoors enjoying fresh air and sunshine.   It is also a great time to start spring cleaning.  As you declutter and put your homes in order, consider doing the same for your personal affairs.  Whether it is updating your estate plan (or starting one), buying or selling your home or expanding your business, doing so with competent counsel will ensure that you don't have to continue to revisit these matters.

At Cartier & Bower, LLC, we are here to help you solve your problems so you will have more time to enjoy your lives and the warm weather that will soon be upon us!
