Elder, Estate Planning, & Special Needs Law News

October 2020

Happy October & Special Needs Law Month!!

October is Special Needs Law Month.  Our office is proud to join in the nationwide celebration dedicated to highlighting the importance of special needs planning for individuals, with special needs, and their families.  In honor of Special Needs Law Month, our first article this month features a previous blog post emphasizing the importance of special needs planning. “Back to School – COVID-19 Preparedness Packages” for teachers, other school employees, and students (both college and high school students over age 18):  The special pricing for these packages will be ending soon.  We encourage those who are still interested in learning more about the available package options, and the special pricing, to contact our office.  As noted in our previous newsletters, for those needing more comprehensive estate planning, we will apply a credit in the full amount of the fees paid for a basic “Back to School” package towards a comprehensive package you choose to do within one year of your “Back to School” package.

"Virtual" Appointments:  Out of an abundance of caution and to do our part in helping to keep our clients, staff, and their respective families as safe as possible, all initial appointments with the following attorneys: Connie Renzi; Katie Lenert; or Brandan Rissman, remain "virtual" (via video or telephone conferencing).
