NOVEMBER 2020

Happy Thanksgiving & National Family Caregivers Month!!

November is National Family Caregivers Month!!

The month of November, the month commonly associated with giving "thanks," is the month that has been dedicated to recognizing, supporting, and empowering family caregivers.  According to a recent report prepared by AARP (May 2020, Research Report, "Caregiving in the U.S.), an estimated 53.0 million adults in the United States are caregivers.  In other words, the report estimates that more than one (1) in five (5) Americans are caregivers, having provided care to an adult or child with special needs at some time in the past 12 months.

Many of you reading this newsletter are one (1) of those one (1) out of five (5) Americans, who are  caregivers; and if not, you most likely know someone who is a caregiver.  It is our pleasure to salute and to THANK all caregivers, both this month and throughout every month of the year.  We are grateful, beyond measure, to each one of these unsung, everyday heroes for their tireless efforts and daily caregiving contributions.  So, if you are a caregiver, please accept our thanks, appreciation, and gratitude.  If you are not a caregiver, then please join us in our effort to thank caregivers, and take a minute or two, this month, to thank those you know who are caregivers with a safe, "social-distance" hug, a special note, a smile, or in another special way.

As an expression of our "thanks" to the caregivers in our community, for the remainder of 2020, we are offering: “Special Family Caregiver Planning Packages."

To learn more about these packages and the available special pricing, please contact our office.

"Virtual" Appointments:  Out of an abundance of caution and to do our part in helping to keep our clients, staff, and their respective families as safe as possible, all initial appointments with the following attorneys: Connie Renzi; Katie Lenert; or Brandan Rissman, remain "virtual" (via video or telephone conferencing).

Finally, our best wishes to all for a safe, healthy, and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!
