Illinois Update: Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul has issued a voter guide for individuals with disabilities. In Illinois, people with disabilities are entitled to fair and equal opportunities in all aspects of their lives, including voting. The Illinois Election Code provides specific rights for voters with disabilities. The guide specifically details those rights.
