May is Elder Month!
Fisher Law is participating in the Mass Bar Association's Elder Law Education Program that matches attorneys from the MBA and the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) with more than 70 councils on aging or senior centers throughout the state to make free presentations about the law.
Among the topics discussed at in-person and virtual events throughout the Commonwealth this year are Veteran Affairs Financial Benefits, how to protect your home and assets, power of attorney and health care proxies, reverse mortgages, Homestead and Life Estates, Medicare/Medicaid changes, and alternatives to nursing home care.
Our attorneys have been invited to make a presentation at three locations throughout the month of May. We will post the locations, dates and times in our LinkedIn page, Facbook page, and May's newsletter.
We hope you can join us!
