We're Back!!

In line with the Governor’s Executive Order, the Nawrocki Center is opening its offices on a limited basis starting June 8.  Nawrocki Center staff will be working in the offices, and we will be able to have client meetings in the offices with some limitations.

In the offices, our staff will be screened for COVID symptoms and exposure to COVID-positive patients.  Following CDC guidelines, a staff member showing symptoms or who has been in contact with a COVID-positive person will self-quarantine and will work rom home until danger of transmission has passed.  Staff will wear masks or full-face shields while in the office, and will use hand sanitizer, disinfect workstations, door handles, and common areas frequently while at the office.

We will see clients by appointment only.  Clients and potential clients will be seen in the large conference room and the attorney’s offices only in the Brighton office, and in the attorney’s office only in the West Branch office.  Only two clients at a time will be allowed in the office.  Clients will be asked to wait in their car until previous clients have left the office.  Upon entering the office, clients will be asked to wear masks or full-face shields and will be screened for COVID symptoms.  With the client’s permission, their temperature will be taken.  If a client has COVID symptoms, the appointment will be scheduled after the danger of transmission has passed.

We will still offer telephone conferences and ZOOM meetings if clients prefer.

If we discover that the office has been contaminated by COVID, it will be closed, and staff sent to work from home until the office has been deep-cleaned and decontaminated.  All contamination protocols required by the Executive Order will be followed.

Our COVID protocols will be posted on our website.

Yes, it is a hassle.  But it was a bigger hassle to try and do our jobs while the shelter-at-home order was in effect.  Having staff work at the office and having the ability to have mask-to-mask discussions will allow us to better serve our clients.

If you are a client that needs to meet with your attorney or paralegal, call us for an appointment.  If you are a prospective client that would like to meet with us to review your situation, call us for an appointment.  If you know of someone that could benefit from our services, have them call us for an appointment.

Call our Brighton office at (810) 229-0220, or our West Branch office at (989)-418-3500 and schedule an appointment to meet with us.  Or, if you prefer a phone conference or a ZOOM meeting, call the same numbers to make arrangements for these.

We’re back.  We’re ready.  We’re excited to be here to meet with you and to meet your needs.
