New Resource for Seniors: AARP Launches Virtual Community Center

There is a new resource for seniors to find learning, self-improvement and fun… and it’s FREE for everyone!  In early February, AARP launched its Virtual Community Center.  The Virtual Community Center is a one-stop online site where seniors and their friends and loved ones can find virtual activities including classes, lectures, movies, concerts, and more.   There are many categories of activities and events available including Entertainment, Healthy Living, Safe Driving, Lifelong Learning, Fraud Prevention, Technology Help, Caregiving, and more!

The Virtual Community Center events and activities are FREE to all… you do not need to be an AARP member to participate.  Most events are scheduled at specific days and times and require that you register to participate.

To learn more about the AARP Virtual Community Center to see and register for the wide variety of activities and events that are available, click on this link:  AARP Virtual Community Center.

New activities and events are added almost daily, so check back frequently.

It’s time to learn, improve, and have fun.  Take advantage of the FREE Virtual Community Center offered by AARP.
