Message From Our Office

Peter attended advanced training for using Special Needs Trusts, at the Stetson College of Law, located near St. Petersburg, Florida.  The training included sessions dealing specifically with pooled trusts, such as WisPACT, Inc., here in Wisconsin, but also custom drafted Special Needs Trusts for both first party use, as well as third party use.

Any person who has a disability may qualify as eligible to establish such a trust; any parents of a disabled child should strongly consider the creation of a third party trust for the benefit of that disabled child.

Please contact the office to schedule a time to discuss your needs further.

Also, we are in the process of changing our computer software for preparing estate planning documents.  We want to be sure that we are providing the most up to date services for all of your estate planning needs.
