 November is National Family
Caregivers Month

“Family members, friends, and neighbors devote countless hours to providing care to their relatives or loved ones. During National Family Caregivers Month, we recognize and thank the humble heroes who do so much to keep our families and communities strong.”

According to the Caregiver Action Network, the organization that spearheads the national celebration of National Family Caregivers Month each November, this is a time to recognize and honor family caregivers across the country.

Celebrating Family Caregivers during NFC month enables all of us to:
      -  Raise awareness of family caregiver issues;
      -  Celebrate the efforts of family caregivers;
      -  Educate family caregivers; and
      -  Increase support for family caregivers.
