Happy New Year!!  I hope you enjoyed the holiday season with friends and family.

With the start of a new year, perhaps you are thinking about your new year's resolutions.  If having a solid estate plan in place for you and your loved ones is at the top of your list, Kaeble Law is here to assist you with accomplishing that resolution.  Please call our office at 303.877.8921, and we would be happy to schedule an appointment at your convenience to discuss your estate plan in more detail.

Everyone should have received the Special Edition of our newsletter that was sent out on December 31, 2019 regarding the SECURE Act.  This impacts your estate planning if you created a trust or a will with a testamentary trust that contains a conduit trust in it.  We will need to update or amend your documents to make them compatible with the new SECURE Act.  If you have any questions about whether your estate plan fits in this category, please contact our office at 303.877.8921, and we will schedule a phone conference for you to visit with Kathryn.

Following are several articles that I found of interest; I hope you do as well.  Please feel free to share an article or two or the entire newsletter with family and friends.
