Happy New Year!!  I hope you enjoyed the holiday season with friends and family.

Everyone should have received the Special Edition of our newsletter that was sent out on December 31, 2019 regarding the SECURE Act.  This impacts your estate planning if you created a trust or a will with a testamentary trust that contains a conduit trust in it.  We will need to update or amend your documents to make them compatible with the new SECURE Act.  If you have any questions about whether your estate plan fits in this category, please contact our office at 303.877.8921, and we will schedule a phone conference for you to visit with Kathryn.
