Special Announcement -- COVID-19

A MESSAGE TO OUR VALUED CLIENTS, FRIENDS OF OUR FIRM, AND THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE

As you are likely aware, the increased impact that the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) is having on our communities is rapidly evolving and the information available is changing day-to-day. During this time, it is important that we remain available to assist our clients and other members of our communities.  As we continue to provide high-quality legal services, during this difficult time, it is of the utmost importance that we do so in the safest manner possible to minimize health risks to our staff, our clients, and our communities, and to help reduce the spread of the virus.

Some of the changes that we have made include:

· For the foreseeable future, we will be conducting as many client meetings as possible via telephone or by utilizing other available technologies.

· Temporarily suspending required in-office meetings for our elder clients and those in high risk categories.

· Following the enhanced ongoing sanitizing procedures for offices, as recommended by the CDC.

· Requiring any employee and/or any visitor to our office who feels sick or who is exhibiting symptoms to stay home.

· Requiring employees and any visitors to our office to follow “social distancing” rules.

· Requiring employees to follow the CDC hand washing recommendations.

· Minimize the necessity for outsiders (delivery persons, etc.) to enter our office.

· Continue to explore options and strategies which may allow more of our employees to work remotely, should the need arise.

Again, during these uncertain times, we remain committed to meeting the legal needs of our clients.  Our attorneys remain available for consultations, as noted above, and our staff will continue to be able to be reached either via e-mail or telephone.  We thank you for your support, understanding, and patience, as we make every effort to support our clients, staff, and our communities, during what remains a rapidly evolving situation and an unprecedented circumstance.
