Honoring Two Remarkable Careers
As we publish this edition of our newsletter, we are honored to recognize two of our longtime partners, Gary Mickey and Peter Wilson who, over the course of the last year, have retired after decades of exceptional service to their clients, the legal profession, and our community.
Gary and Pete each built distinguished legal careers marked by unwavering professionalism, sound judgment, and a steadfast commitment to excellence. Gary earned the respect of clients and colleagues alike through his extensive work in complex litigation, including personal injury, employment, nursing home, commercial, and corporate matters. Pete's accomplished career included decades of serving local governmental entities and business clients, along with service as an Associate Circuit Judge and Presiding Judge of the Family Division, leadership of numerous professional organizations, and recognition by his peers as one of Illinois' Leading Lawyers.
Their wisdom, mentorship, and dedication have helped shape our firm's culture and reputation for generations. Although both will be greatly missed by our team, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to Gary and Pete for their many contributions and wish them the very best as they begin this well-deserved new chapter.
